Marketing Analysis Report - Apple
The first group assignment for marketing which i really put in effort.I've used up almost a week time to do research and reform the details .
Sooo ~ this is what i wrote in the report =)

Apple Inc. is an American multinational corporation that designs and markets consumer electronics, computer software, and personal computers. The company's best-known hardware products include the Macintosh line of computers, the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad. Apple software includes the Mac OS X operating system.
For reasons as various as its philosophy of comprehensive aesthetic design to its distinctive advertising campaigns, Apple has established a unique reputation in the consumer electronics industry. This includes a customer base that is devoted to the company and its brand, particularly in the United States. Fortune magazine named Apple the most admired company in the United States in 2008, and in the world in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

1. Good and high Quality
2. Design is clean and stylish
3. Conducive to efficient usage
4. Reliable and system does not crash
5. Sharp and high resolution screen

Apple’s success is based on image that has been built since 1976.For the 30years in IT world , apple achieve it’s image as a good and high quality product . No matter teenagers or office workers , mostly everyone likes apple.It is because of the quality and product sold ,gives satisfaction to the buyer and user which they feel worth to buy apple product.
For an example, At the Macworld Conference & Expo in January 2007, Steve Jobs revealed the long anticipated iPhone, a convergence of an Internet-enabled smartphone and iPod.The iPhone made more people know more about Apple and it’s product. Everyone wanted to get theirself a iPhone 3Gs which is most wanted among everyone .After 2 years , Apple came out with iPhone 4 .Once iPhone 4 is launched ,many people line up at the counter to get themself one iPhone 4. This proves that Apple ‘s success is based on the image.

The brand Apple stands for quality today; when buyers buy an Apple, buyers know they do not have to be worried about slipshod quality or haphazard software that is riddled with bugs.

These are the features and quality of the 4 products of Apple .Each of every product of Apple has their own features .
Based on the yearly survey done by PCMag ,Apple product won in almost every category .

From this analysis ,it helps buyers to understand and report which are fastest, have the best features, or produce the best output. In year 2010 , there are nearly 20,000 readers rated over 105,000 products in 13 different categories from PCs to ISPs to HDTVs. There are tens of thousands respond, rating items on dozens of criteria from overall reliability to satisfaction with technical support and likelihood of recommending. Combined with our analysts' reviews, this gives you a complete picture of a product, so you can make informed buying decisions.Among of the 13 categories , Apple won 4 categories which is the 4 product in Apple Store.

The survey focuses on perception, which can take years for customers to acknowledge changes, whether good or bad. The clear cut star of the show, though, is Apple. Apple's satisfaction ratings in many of the categories in which it competes will likely inspire even more devotion.
This survery proves that apple had been success based on the product features and quality . Apple product which is also based on feature and quality makes readers to vote for apple product.This will lead to improve and strengthen the image of Apple .

The image, features and quality must come in a set. These factors cannot be separated . This two important factors that is the image that has been known by everyone and the good features and quality only can make the brand succeed.
